Ideally this page would be called lifestyle training.  Although we are not life coaches, for us getting you fitter, stronger and more confident than ever is a lifestyle. Training, nutrition and recovery are all crucial aspects to your overall well being, one without the other simply wont cut it.

Here at Fitter London we continuously evolve our approach to training and nutrition. We believe in safe and effective practice and have travelled the world researching new training techniques and concepts in nutrition. All our methods are tried and tested, it’s as simple as that!

    Personal training at Fitter London goes beyond the time spent on your training sessions.  This doesn't mean we will be taking you out to dinner or the cinema any time soon but we will keep in touch. We will ensure you are up to date with training progressions, dietary changes, workout modifications and of course on call to answer any questions or queries you may have.

    We are proud to say this PERSONAL approach has allowed us to maintain a high success rate with our clients.

    Our training and lifestyle packages all include a structured and personalized program design inclusive of progressions and targets. We also offer nutrition services and these can easily be incorporated.

    The Functional Movement Screen is a physical fitness screening developed by Physiotherapists and Sports Coaches to analyse key movement patterns. It identifies any limitations with mobility, stability and physical imbalances. All of which can pose significant issues for your training and conditioning. The test generates a score, which can be used as a baseline to mark progress and measure improvements in performance. Following the screening Fitter London will prescribe a customised treatment plan including corrective exercises and a review of your current training regime to advise on suitable adaptations to improve performance.

    Suffering from recurrent injuries, imbalances, muscle tightness, weaknesses or pain. Trigger Point Therapy is a highly effective, simple and essential component of your training to help you build better biomechanics and get your body in balance..

    When it comes to your body self awareness is the key.  This is something most of us have all but lost as we slump over desks all day long, lugging laptops, handbags and rucksacks around and dash about in shoes that our feet were never meant to wear (but look hot!)

    Our bodies are biomechanical and a chain reaction occurs as soon as your foot strikes the ground that radiates throughout the skeletal and muscular frame.  Dysfunction of a single joint or muscle can alter your entire movement patterns leading to postural imbalances, muscular weaknesses and increasing your risk of injury.

    Trigger Point Performance Therapy is a method used to restore biomechanical efficiency within the body.  Using TPT bespoke equipment to identify areas of trauma or tightness and treat these with compression technique known as myofacial release, can restore elasticity to tissues and muscles, improving joint mobility and overall biomechanics.
