Strength Training
Our Tuesday morning and Saturday classes focus on strength training, (which benefits ladies just as much as guys!) Fire up your metabolism with some heavy compound lifting.
These classes combine pushing, pulling, lifting with shoulder presses, front squats, deadlifts and the snatch. All combined with some intense core drills because strong abs = ripped abs! Strength training is one of the best ways to drop body fat by increasing lean body mass so you burn more calories at rest. Whether you wish to look slim and toned or build definition and muscle mass, strength training is essential for you.
